Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for quality compliance.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Monitor production processes and packaging.
Maintain quality records and assist with audits.
Identify and implement quality improvements.
Train staff on quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in a quality control role in the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control methods.
Certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000 are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Standing, lifting, and occasional evening/weekend shifts.
