Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Hybrid - 1-2 days in office, rest remote)

Job Description: Supporting the Customer Success team with administrative tasks, updating customer status in systems, creating SOPs, and coordinating with internal departments.
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fast learner, intuitive use of technology. Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), proficiency in ZenDesk, JIRA, Yaypay.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field).
Shift: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
