Key Responsibilities: >Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. >Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs. >Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. >Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs to life. >Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. >Maintain consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines and creating reusable components. >Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications >Bachelor’s degree in any field (a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus). >Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator. >Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. >Excellent communication and teamwork skills. >A keen eye for detail and aesthetics. >Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. >Knowledge of responsive design principles. >Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing. >Experience with design systems and reusable components. >Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. >Interest in emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, and spatial design.
