Location: Pitampura Delhi Company: Trustlam (Oum Lamitech Pvt. Ltd.) Trustlam is seeking a dedicated Project Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring effective communication with clients, and overseeing project management tasks. The candidate will engage with private projects, architects, engineers, interior decorators, contractors, and builders. Strong sales expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this role. Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a significant advantage. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation and Outreach: o Successfully generate and nurture leads for laminates through cold calling and professional outreach to potential clients. • Client Engagement: o Present the company's products to clients, architects, and other stakeholders. o Maintain direct and professional relationships with existing and new clients. • Sales Operations: o Handle price negotiations, monitor product benefits, and finalize deals. o Manage inquiries, quotations, sample requests, order statuses, and payments. o Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues. • Project Management: o Conduct project follow-ups, mock-ups, and oversee product execution. o Gather after-sales feedback and testimonials for continuous improvement. • Relationship Building: o Strengthen client relationships through personalized follow-ups and ongoing support. o Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase products and services. • On-Site Client Meetings: o Conduct client visits to provide product demonstrations and address specific needs. • B2B and B2C Sales: o Close deals in both B2B and B2C sectors by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: • Qualification :- Graduation • Proven experience in sales (experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Effective communication skills for engaging with a diverse clientele. • Competency in project management, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
