Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation and Lead Management
o Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
o Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
o Manage inbound leads and inquiries effectively.
2. Client Relationship Building
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
o Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations.
o Follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
3. Sales Strategy and Reporting
o Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and prospects.
o Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support product offerings and promotions.
4. Product Knowledge
o Stay up to date with the latest IT trends, products, and technologies.
o Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of different IT solutions (hardware, software, cloud services, etc.).
o Attend product training sessions and stay informed about company product offerings.
5. Closing Sales
o Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
o Work to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
o Assist in post-sale follow-up and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
6. Market Research
o Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
o Recommend improvements to existing offerings based on feedback from clients and market demands.

Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in IT sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise solutions.
• Education: A degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
o Familiarity with IT solutions and technologies (networking, cloud, software, hardware, etc.).
o Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
